Welcome to MerchantCenterPro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of merchantcenterpro.com (the “Site”) and related services (“Services”). By using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

MerchantCenterPro offers services related to Google Merchant Center (GMC), including account audit, recovery from suspension, assistance with policy violations, and preventive support (“Services”). Specific scope and pricing are detailed per individual engagement.

2. Service Process

  1. Quote & Scope: We provide a customized quote based on your needs (e.g., product count, audit depth).
  2. Authorization: To begin, you must grant us necessary access to your GMC account or add us as a collaborator.
  3. Execution: We execute Services—without charge if unsuccessful—per our standard “no pass, no pay” policymerchantcenterpro.
  4. Completion & Support: After completing services, we may share recommendations to prevent future suspensions and offer additional support.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept payment via PayPal, Wise, debit/credit card, WeChat Pay, or Alipaymerchantcenterpro.
  • Refunds are available only if we fail to resolve your GMC issues or reactivate your account. If you withdraw after Services begin, refunds are not applicablemerchantcenterpro.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information for the Site and GMC account.
  • Grant necessary permissions/access for us to perform Services.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and Google’s GMC policies.

5. No Guarantee

While we strive for successful account recovery and compliance, outcomes depend on Google policies and circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee restoration of GMC account or long-term outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

We will treat any sensitive or proprietary information you share as confidential. We will not disclose it, except where required by law or necessary to perform the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall MerchantCenterPro, its employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the Services at any time. If terminated by you after execution begins, you forfeit any refund eligibility. Upon termination, all accrued obligations remain in effect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our operation (please specify your country/region). Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
